not eating fresh foods

i have an 8 week old log hair called peter who was paired with and moved in with his companion 2 weeks ago. he has no issues with or nuggets/muesli but whenever try giving him fresh veg etc when he's out with me and his companion tony he wont eat any of it. the only veg he will eat is carrot and even then he sometimes wont eat his full portion.

is it normal to come accross a piggie who just desnt like fresh foods?
any help would be great :)
 
Maybe he just needs to get used to it, he's still young so probably will. I'd try him on some green leafy veg. :) It might just take a while for him to get used to it.
