I have 4 male guineas at the moment. I started with 1 (Freddie) and a year later got a 2nd. All was well for a year or so when I decided to add 2 more much younger males as I have a large enclosure and wanted more. I introduced the 2 new younger males very slowly and the 4 have now lived together with no issues for a couple of months. Now, all of a sudden, the original (Freddie) is being harassed by the 2nd to arrive. He is constantly 'mounting' Freddie's back and front end all the time. Freddie's coat is now a mess where it looks as though the hair is being ripped out though not from the root. His skin looks fine, the hair loss starts half way down the hair ??
 
Hi! Boar quartets are about the most unstable combination possible; I have yet to hear of one that has been stable for more than a matter of a few months at best - and that was an exceptionally laid back all adult group. It would be good if you separated your boys into pairs that get on. Boars work best in either pairs or much larger groups with plenty of space and accommodation for boars that don't fit in.

Freddie has likely either mange mites or he has been severely barbered. it would be good if you had that question sorted by a vet, as we cannot diagnose via the internet.
