Well I have been putting Digby out with the 3 girls this past couple of days and I am not sure they are that happy about him and he isnt very keen on them, he would rather go hide in the pigloo and sleep any ideas about how he should be behaving and how long it takes for them to like eachother?

how old is digby because if you want them mateing 1 u need to make sure able (not too yong) or maybe hes confused and needs a bit more time to settle in

It took a friend of mine 3 weeks to get hers together, gradual introductions etc.Some boars and sows don't get on though. Give him a couple weeks and see if his behaviour (or theirs) changes. You might find that they just 'rub along together' as opposed to 'liking' each other.

I'm no expert but just a thought: have you tried letting him spend a little time in the run with just one lady at a time? The poor fella is probably terrified of the feisty girls but if he met them individually her might be more likely to bond and they might pay him more attention...

I then put him in with tilly not brilliant but he is trying there is lots of grumbling from digby and bottom wagging from tilly he just needs to stand up to her she is being a bit of a bully!
