I am taking Hamish to have her teeth clipped tonight. She is no worse but feel it is time to get another opinion she can eat fine and everything. Have taken her to the vets plus my vet friend took a look at her both were 100% sure she was ok. I need to get her back living with the other two and not her all alone.

Nah not back yet, they will a good while, mum will probably start talking about guinea pigs or something heehee

lol Well I spose she probably will as she is like a massive piggie lover! But then again ISN'T EVERYONE! :D

Yeah i'm sure everything will be ok! I bet poor hamish will be scared, she hated people tampering with her mouth! Bless her, I'll give her a big cuddle when I see her!

I was in and out within minutes ;D well after a bit of a chat about well yep you already guessed the piggies ;D She was lovely Hamish had the top two clipped and filed she left the bottom one as she will be fine with the one toothy peg. Hamish was a minx when being wrapped shes a fiesty girl. Got to keep an eye on her and take her back in a few weeks time hopefully that will be it then. So glad there are people out there who can do things like this without the need for an anathestic :)

Brilliant news and I am pleased that you may have to only go back one more time. O0

Well thats what the lovely rodentologists hopes Hamish is only a year old, I really do hope we will not be needing endless visits for teeth to be clipped. But if its an on going problem its what we will do. I have been looking at the courses on rodentology and think its worth doing so come September when little one goes off to school I might just go for it ;)

I haven't heard of any rodentology courses. Where would you find out about them? :)

Glad Hamish is ok & that 'you' weren't too traumatised by the visit either!

The CCT runs courses for teeth & all different things. Its worth contacting them for more info....hope this helps
