Off To Vets With Maple Moo!

Last night Maple had gotten some hay stuck in her eye. This morning it was clouded over so immediately booked her in with a New Vets who are a little more Piggie Savvy.

11.20am... She's sitting in her little cosy munching on some lettuce.

Will give you an update as soon as we get back!

Maple giving me stink eye and giving me the rump!
She's on Metacam once daily for pain and also eye drops up to 3 times a day. Keeping an eye on her and if anything changes straight back to the Vet. She's currently got a bright green eye too from the UV check. Thankfully she had only damaged the top layer but of course will have to make sure it doesn't get worse!

Plus! The pet carrier fell apart too! Not happy so returning that!

Any idea how long the green dye will stay in the eye for?

Aw no, hoped all would be good this morning. Sounds like same treatment Merlin had. The dye lasted an hour or so and then disappeared. Keep the eye clean and will help it heal quicker
