Off we go to the vets tomorrow

Gonna take little Sprout to the vets to have a check up. Worried he might have fungal of some kind. Rather safe them sorry.

But I was wondering should I take McMac too? It is probably best he has a look over too to see if he has caught anything from Sprout but will it cost extra? :S
 
I took my wee girl Bella to the vet this morning. She's a long haired little girl and i was concerned about her crying badly when we groomed her nether regions. I thought that taking her on her own might be a bit to stressful for her, so our other 3 girls went with her for a check up. The vet charged me £12 in total, that included a good check over and a wee hair trim for Bella and Daffodil. I know that when ive taken my boys in the past (we have 3) the vet only usually charges for 1.
 
Oh I hope the vets will only charge for the one. They are good vets but they sometimes seem a bit sneeky with that kind of thing {:| Oh well it shouldn't be too much more if they do, and like I say better safe then sorry
 
Ive taken 2 and got charged for 1 in the past. But then again it was only a quick checkup (nothing needed to be done) and one of them was only a littlun at the time (almost 1kg now!).
 
The main checkup is for Sprout. McMac will be there to help keep him company and to have a look at to see he is all fit and well
 
We have always taken our boys together, they get a check-up nails done etc, they only charge for 1, but our vets loves piggies..:(|)
 
Just got back, they only charged consultation for Sprout I think :) I had a very nice eastern Europian sounding vet. She said they were very cute and McMac was very pretty lol she loved them.


She says it looks like the early stages of mites so gave me some spot on type stuff for both McMac and Sprout.



Wieghed Sprout and he is 0.49kg
McMac was 1.50kg lol

Just got home, given them their drops and about to give the cage a nice deep clean

Was only £28 which is pretty alright I think :)
 
Oh noes, poor babies! Hope they feel better soon! Were the drops xeno 450?

On the little drops they say Xenex ultra spot on. Hopefully he will be fine :) I mean he does nothing but run around the cage wheeking so I am sure he isn't too un-well because of them. I think I have caught them quite early on really
