Apparently fine at veggie time. Kids report no fuss. She lifts up her head for a nugget and I see blood.

It's really deep and about 1.5 cm long. My friend who is a (not piggy savvy) vet has just taken her away. He's going to take a look. Anywhere else would have been a clear job for sutures but it's not a good place to stitch so he might glue her. I think it needs closing as hay will be permanently in it.
Ugh. Poor girl. Feeling nervous about her going with a not savvy vet but I panicked and sent a pic for advice and he came straight round for her.
