During floor time yesterday evening I spotted that one of my three week old babies eye was closed. I'm pretty certain it want like that in the morning when I put them outside in the run. She seems happy and is running and popcorning during floor time but the eyelids seem swollen shut. the other eye looks OK. She seemed happy this morning and was one of the first out in the run.

Anything I should check, and if it's a scratch what is the treatment?

I've got a vet appointment this evening mainly to check sexes again as they are around 250g but will ask about the eye.

Please have the eye seen tonight. Any potential eye injury should be seen promptly by a vet, as that diminishes the risk of any permanent damage/quick deterioration and very much improves the chances of a quick healing process.

5 days of eye drops. The vet said she couldn't see anything or any damage but the eyelid was badly swollen. Everything looks OK today, only 2 days in, but another 3 days to go.

Funnily the Eye drops are the same as my daughter used to take when she was a baby.
