One unhappy little piggie...

Tonight my OH is playing poker with a group of his mates from work. I have made them set up the card table in the kids' playroom because if they play in the lounge I can't watch TV and the kids will be able to hear them from upstairs. Trouble is that the guinea pigs live in there and they aren't happy about the intrusion!

Every few minutes Ruffle starts up squeaking as if someone is murdering him. I have been in and checked him over, he isn't ill, he has food and water, and I think it's just because he wants to go to sleep and can't because the room is full of noisy men! I can't move the cage and they will be playing until 2 or 3 am so I'm afraid he is going to be one grumpy baby piggie by the morning 8...

I'm just glad mine has gone to bed feeling ill after one...yes one bottle of Pina Colada!! Light weight!

Poor things, you should ditch the men and save the piggies x

ha ha my piggies did that when i had a friend sleep over on my settee,they kept wheeking at her and made her feel guilty for having the tv and light on so she had to turn them off!but even then she said they were messing around all night wheras they are usually quiet at night

Luckily he went to sleep in the end - hubby said he gave over squeaking once he realised he wasn't going to get fed! He seems none the worse for it today.
