Yay - our two Aby's celebrate their first birthday :(|)
Harley was such a poorly boy in May with cystitis and an x-ray confirmed our worst fears, a bladder stone. He had lost so much weight and the will to live, was having to be syringed Critical Care, antibiotics and painkillers and we nursed him 24/7 :( We really didn't think he would see his birthday :0
After his op, he bounced back and has put all of his weight back on and is the happy piggy he was before :(|)
Here he is crashed out after his veggie treats which him and his brother, Chopper, kindly shared with our other 10 piggies :(|)

Aww what a lovely story. I hope he has a very happy birthday. Little Phoebe reminds me of my Amelia Jane. :)

:(|) We have an Amelia too :(|) She was our first sow and now have six bonded. Amelia is the 'mother hen' of the herd and keeps the little ones in line - she is such a sweet natured piggy. If the younger ones are playing and get a bit boisterous, she has to go and investigate - is very protective of them x)

Spot the cushion Laura behind Harley ?/ This is one of the six you made (you embroidered his name on it) He adores it and was his comfort on numerous vet trips whilst he was poorly.
 
What a special day for you all! I am glad that gorgeous Harley has made it so well! they are a very handsome pair of boys indeed. Phoebe is a cutie!

Thank you - yes, OH is a builder so he designed and built it although we have to modify it again to make another 'apartment' for our new married piggies x) Good job he loves the piggies as much as I do :(|)
