A couple of months ago I posted on here about how we had taken on a pair of 3 year old rabbits from a family that could no longer keep them.
The female arrived in terrible condition, and sadly, despite our very best attempts to save her, she was put to sleep less than a month after arriving.
We were all heartbroken, particularly Chili, who had lived with her for his entire life.
We treated Chili for the illness that she died of (it is contagious) and then started the search for a friend for Chili.
It is extremely hard to find a single rabbit in Switzerland, but finally we found one, and started bonding.
It took a while, but I think I can finally say that we now have a bonded pair of happy and healthy rabbits.
Allow me to introduce Chili and Daisy.
