Hi all,

Does anyone know how much oxalic acid is found in dill?...Or know where I can find this info, please?

I've had a quick look around but the lists I've found seem to include every other herb/veg apart from dill!

Thanks x

I don't know how to read this but it seems like a ingredient list of parsley and dill. Maybe worth a look?

Parsley

dill

Thanks Petra, I've had a look but can't see it mentioned for either herb. Perhaps it's known by a different name or I'm just being thick?! :)

Guinea Lynx has a very straightforward list (if anyone's interested) - it's handy but it doesn't include dill (or some of the other "Ratewatchers" foods):

From what I can gather, dill seems to be relatively low in oxalic acid, compared to most other veg/herbs, but I was hoping to get a little more precise if possible.
