Oxbow Critical Care Query

Hi,
I have two guinea pigs Poppy & Rosie who are 5.
The vet has given us Oxbow critical care for Poppy & she won't touch it even though we added some of her normal food & a little hay.
Please does anyone give any suggestions as to anything else we can try?

Its difficult to get quickly on the bank holiday but sometimes if they don’t like one of the feeds there’s another type you can try (emeraid or excel burgess may be options- the attached link will explain more)…… but if it’s urgent to get the feed in asap, you may just need to persist with what you have. Little and often may be key if she will take any at all. It’s stressful I know. All the best and hopefully someone with more knowledge than me can help.
