Can anyone advise me on the correct dose and frequency of Panacur for a 4 month old guinea pig please.

When originally purchased in March was infected with parasites and ear mites, that led to pneumonia. Was successfully treated at vets with antibiotics and has been apparently healthy since.

Found this evening, my young GP listing to right side, alert but only shuffling round in circles was perfectly OK this morning. Accepting cucumber and water when offered. Have been advised by phone by competent source that it could be E.Cunicculi a parasite of Rabbits that can be picked up by GP's and to treat with Panacur but unfortunately didn't know the dosage for one so young.

Can anyone help please?
Thanks

I agree with treating with Panacur for E-Cunicculli but only after an official diagnosis by a vet. I am not sure of the dose for a 4 month old.

I know of a sow that was treated with Panacur for E-Cunicculi and it was the 10% version (the cattle one) and the dose was 0.14ml once a day for 4 weeks. However it was an adult sow. The dose was provided by a vet.

In the past I have treated with the cattle version but only as a one off routine dose at 0.4ml and it was on adult pigs.
