Your girls are beautiful!
We have got lots of tips for settling in new piggies, toys, first signs of illness and more in our
reference section. You might find that helpful.
How big is your girls' cage? You may want to get a cuddle cup or two, or use a tunnel, a padded shoe box with one end cut off or even a folded towel to pick up your girls. It may take some training (and a little veg treat), but it is worth the loss in stress, especially if your piggies are very nervous.
Here is a link for a good diet and what veg guinea pigs can eat.

Up to 80% of a good diet should be hay.
As long as your girls are growing fast, they should have always access to good quality hay based pellets, which is then slowly reduced between 6-9 months old to the 1/2 - 1 handful a mature adult needs from 12-15 months onwards.
Mixed veg should come to about 50g/1 cupful per piggy per day in how many servings you like. Please make sure that you include 1 high vitamin veg daily, like a slice of pepper of any colour, some broccoli or a bit of fresh coriander/parsley/dill or basil.
Don't add anything to the daily fresh water - you can't control the intake, but additives will speed the growth of algae.
Above all, give your girls time to settle into their surroundings and establish a firm daily routine, so they know what is coming up next.
