Due to a larger number of absent staff, my sons school has closed to everyone except years 10-13 until next week, or further notice.

My son's high school are closed to years 7 and 8 from tomorrow until the end of next week. Some staff and pupils are self isolating.

Quite worrying times. Glad they are trying to keep things going for those close to GCSEs. I saw a post on Facebook earlier about good learning from home websites. Let me post it here as it might help anyone who ends up with kids at home

Ok this is the post, it was on The Nappy Gurus page hence the comments about nappy stuffing :))

NNR but since many kids are/will be home from school, sharing an awesome list of ideas from a parent who homeschools.

Thank you for that. Someone posted it on the classes WhatsApp group. The school has set up some online stuff for the girls. I think the older one also has some online learning to do. Looks like the inevitable has finally happened. No school unless you’re the child of a key worker or vulnerable, or have ehcp.
