Is this considered pea eye always? I noticed this some time ago and i honestly can't remember If I have seen it before.

When guinea pig stretches its eye (when for example eating but watching me at the same time for example) and a bit of white part of eyeball appears, is it normal or is this also sign of pea eye?

Do you have a photo of your guinea pig’s eye? It is more helpful to show a photo of what you are concerned about especially when it relates to eyes.
I’ve removed the link to an external site / forum from your earlier post.

It was hard to make, but I finally did. One eye of each. Maybe I am just too paranoid. Reflect sucks tho.

The first picture is a bit too far away and a bit blurry but the second picture looks like a normal eye, it’s just that the white part of the eye (the sclera) is visible sometimes which is normal
Pea eye is when the conjunctiva becomes enlarged and comes out. That doesn’t appear to be anything like that on the second picture
