Peanut 'chirping' like a bird

One of my sows does this on a regular basis, at first I thought a bird had got into the house :(|)

I've heard of this before, but until your video never actually heard it for myself. It's lovely - I just played it over and over again to listen to.

By the way, off topic .... but how are your mousies?

I have to say the first time she did it we thought that a bird had gotten into the house.... actually we didn't discover it was her until the next day. It is lovely isn't it.

Oh and the cage is not all poops although it looks like it.....they tip their nuggets all over....although there will be the obligatory poops in shot as well :))

The mice have me run ragged. I got another 6 and one of them got a respiratory infection and now I am just waiting and picking out the ones who have it next to get them in a hospital box. Currently got 3 sick mice and poor little Tinkerbell died. She was ok one day and dead the next :0. I was very upset but nowhere near the way I was with little man but I do feel a terrible strong bond forming with the scrawniest scragg end of a mouse I've got called Chuffy. (see pic)

I know before you all say it ...... SHE IS UGLY !

Apparently she is a fuzzy hairless. All I know is that she was bred from a lab mouse by a snake breeder and me getting her kept her out of the snakes belly:))

Back to other topic... How lucky am I to hear this chirping ?

oh you should feel priveledged x)x)x)x)
Peanut is so dam cute too xx>>>xx>>>

awwww i hope Chuffy does well, and nooooo a little cutie pie x)x)

You are extremely lucky to hear the chirping & Peanut does it beautifully x) I've never heard any of my pigs chirp but did rehome 2 from freecycle & one of these did it & still does, every evening at veggie time, her new owners thought it normal :)

Oh & have to say i think Chuffy is gorgeous x)
