Peggy in the snow

Hello, today we went on a dog walk, the snow is so deep here! Here it is on Peggy

and here Peggy is covered in snow, when we got her home we made sure all of the snow came off and that she was warm.

She is currently asleep on the sofa absolutely exhausted! rolleyes

Awww all cozied up in the last picture :3 Our dog get balls of snow stuck to her fur aswell. Last year she had feet made of snow!

My previous dog, a Westie used to get so many of those snow balls stuck to him and they wouldn't melt just hung off him like white stones getting harder and harder, was a nightmare once indoors as you'd get pools of water all over!Luckily my present two dogs don't get this.

i am cucumber cuties mum, when we got back from our walk, i filled a mop bucket with warm water, and put her legs in, gently rubbing the ice off with a cloth, used the same cloth to hold on her chest, then wrapped her in a towel, she was so grateful and never made any fuss, this girlie is my fourth child (see she is on our sofa) ! took ages to mop the floor and clean up after all that!
