Junior Guinea Pig
I have just watched a video on youtube-sorry my pc wont let me do the link-made by Saskia, director from LA Guinea Pig Rescue in the US.She says she does not cut out the seeds from the peppers she feeds the piggies in her care. She doesn't know where the "myth"came from that you should cut them out.I always assumed there was something in the seeds that is toxic or not good for piggies or it is a choking hazard but she says this isn't the case and it is a waste of pepper to remove this part.
My piggies love pepper and I give it to them quite a lot having removed seeds etc. What do other people do?
