pet safe glue

Hello, I watched a video that used flour and water for a pet safe glue. I was wondering if that is safe, if so is there a specific type of flour to use. If not do u have any ideas for a diy pet safe glue.

ooh, use corn flour and water. I use it and its fine.

1. Mix cornflour and BOILING water to make a liquidy paste
2. Quickly add cold water, you should be able to see the original past clump up a bit
3. Mix it until its the consistency you want
4. Use it quickly, if it dries too fast add a bit more boiling water
