Yep, let's spread it far and wide! The more people that see it the better. I will be putting it on my facebook page etc. and hope people see it and pass it on.

Just wanted to add - everything you can do makes a difference.

Petshops rely on profits - so vote with your feet and with your money and don't buy pet supplies from shops that sell live animals!

Gorgeous Guineas and Pampered Piggies sell lovely stuff online, are really friendly and helpful and do the best treats / shampoos around - try these instead!

That was awful. Made me cry. Just cant get my head around it. Good video for showing people. So sad. I wonder how this gorgeous little piggy is getting on now ?
 
i feel so sick that people actually treat pets and i feel guilty in away that i have bought my boys from p@h and their mum could be like this omg. I feeling like crying pitty those sows shoudln't be treated like this its digusting x
 
The piggy with the sore bits is with Vikki and making progress but still poorly - there are some pics of her on the other thread 'sad case'.

Unfortunately many more are still in sheds being bred for profit with very low welfare standards. Similar to puppy farming - most people don't realise where they come from.

i'm in tears, those poor, poor pigs. i'm at my flat at the moment, but as soon as i get back to my folks i will give each of them a cuddle.

i cant believe the mistreatment this piggies have suffered, i knew it was bad, but these make it more personal somehow.

it doesn't even take a lot of effort or money to treat those animals right. mine get a weekly manicure/pedicure with creams and lotions from gg, they get shampoos when needed and they have love and kindness in bucket loads, even treatment at the vets doesnt cost too much. i just cant believe they treat them so badly :0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0
