You should all think about some of the things you are writing before you write them.
Remember not long ago everyone was warned of what can happen when you bad mouth a company with no proof, i for one do not want to see this forum shut down.

I personally am sick of coming on here and hearing you slag of P@H. Each store is only as good as its staff, and i don't deny there are some pretty bad ones about, but there are also some that go above and beyond when it comes to caring for the animals.

I don't work there anymore, but when I did it I generally enjoyed it I did get narked off by both stupid staff and stupid customers, but you are in a position where you can try and do something about it!

If it was the Swansea store...to be honest, it doesn't really surprise me - i've heard bad reports about it from other people too :-\ There seems to be 'bands' of rubbish stores - but equally, bands of those who do put the animals first. I personally think that by working there, you are helping ensure that animals go to good homes and can help improve things, even if just in little steps!

There's a difference between what you're saying and what people are posting. A person has every right to post their personal experience with the store which is what most people (including myself) have done. Why would anyone keep such major problems to themselves? I've yet to meet one of these stores that "go above and beyond".

It's different altogether if people start to post hearsay, speculation and rumour which nobody has done, only then would it cause issues for the forum.

Personally I think this thread has lived out its life and I'm closing it. If people want to take individual action it's up to them to do so - unfortunately things don't get better just by whinging about it. If anyone has issues with this feel free to PM me.
