Your opinions?

I've been using these for years and my pigs do very well on them, always scoffing the lot!

Just wondered what others thought?

Thanks xx

Well, despite me trying my gang with just about every other type of food on the market, they refuse to eat anything except PAH nuggets!

So it's a thumbs up from my lot.....inbreeding

i've done the same - all my pigs have been fed on them and very happy with them!

i'm trying to get away from buying anything from shops that sell animals so i'm looking to try out excel nuggets too at some point, but i really can't complain about PAH nuggets, i've got six pigs and they've all taken to them and scoffed the lot! xx

I had my guys on PAH nuggets since I got them, but since Mr T's bottom trouble, and since I realised Excel isn't actually that more expensive at all, I've switched and they gobble down the excel stuff just as well as they did PAH!

WHen I got mine this is what they were fed on, I bought a different brand to ween them onto...however they are refusing to eat this other brand and are picking the PAH pellets out so I guess thats what I'm going to have to feed them!rolleyes

Two piggies I had from a member on here said they had P@H nuggets so we bought a bag for them - tried our other piggies on them and they didn't like them. Weaned the duo onto the Wagg Optimum and Burgess Blackcurrant & Oregano and loved them. All of them suddenly decided they didn't like the Burgess anymore recently :{ so they only have the Wagg - £17.49 for a 10k bag from Amazon, free delivery, lasts them around 2.5 weeks and saves us running low on them as I just order every fortnight.
Bought the new Supreme Science FibaFirst on Sunday so they have some of that too with their approval rolleyes
It is in a stick form so pop a couple in each of the piggies hay baskets and they forage for them :))

when reading the calcium content on the pah nuggets the calcium is so high compaired to science selective which we use to much calcium can = bladder problems/stones x

Are they new? My boys love science selective food. Where did * buy that from? I looked at stockist but nothing near me in Northampton :-(

Wouldn't you think Claire that as guineas are prone to stones that these companies that supply their food would take this into consideration.

Thanks for the Fibafirst recommendation, I just went on their website and phoned them up and they said that The Hay Experts have just made a big order on it but it won't be available until next week. It sounds like incredible stuff.
My two have been on Pets at Home nuggets since I bought them and they love them nothing ever gets wasted and their dish always needs filling up. :(|)

Yes, it's a new food they've bought out and thought I'd try the piggies with it. It is a complete dry diet intended to replace pellets but they are like a stick - smell lovely and the piggies like them. Only giving them a couple 3/4 times per week due to the Alfalfa content and keeping them on their usual pellet diet.
Got mine from Shipley, a place we buy the hay from not far from us, haven't seen them elsewhere yet but tbh, don't do pet shops :x
Could you email the company for more info on stockists as it seems not all places have got them yet probably being something new, they'll gradually be stocked in more shops ?/
£9.99 for 1.5kg which is good for the amount I give them :))

My piggies are too picky for the museli but the nuggets are great. One of my pigs 'Nugget'(RIP) was named after them because he loved them so much. They will eat no other food.

I wasn't aware the calcium in them was too high but its never done my piggies any harm.

Just had an email from supreme pet foods informing me the product is being launched to all retailers in march:))
