I usually get my piggies hay from the Range but they have been out of stock for the last few weeks. I therefore resorted to going in pets at home. They now sell meadow with Timothy rather than just meadow. I brought a bale to see how my girls get on with it but I’m just wondering if anyone has tried this with their piggies? I know that pets at home hay can be hit and miss

I've tried various hays from pets at home and my pigs have never been a fan of it, probably as they've been spoilt by haybox. If I do get a bag from pets at home it's the Timothy hay that's £6.49 for 1kg, or the alfalfa king timothy hay (which I've found is very dusty but smells really nice).

As long as there's no mould or a funny smell and your piggies eat it, there's no reason why they shouldn't have it. ☺️
