OMG those nails! I was thinking I should do S&T's and the girls but they aren't long at all. I file them down, I'm so obsessed with their nails! How can anyone let them get in this state!

Gives me the creeps thinking about it! :(

Another thing that I hate to see is filthy bottles and bowls :tickedoff: it takes two seconds to wash them out each day mine are sparkling just like my own cups and plates are :)
 
But its a tiny cage for 2 large piggies and 3 babies, Especially when the babies get bigger and want to popcorn and run about.
 
I hate dirt water bottles and bowls too I clean my water bottles once a day and the bowls twice a day. I also hate overly dirty cages and worry about bacteria which is why I clean out every day. I'm an obbsessive compulsive when it comes to the pigs!

Thos mini pigs were gorge but the cage was a disgrace! I hope one of those pigs wasn't the dad!

why do they bother having any pets ? if you dont want to care for them, well please do not ruin their lives :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
 
Those pics are horrible..My piggies need there nails cutting...My mum is ringing up to see how much it costs on monday morning then hopefully i'll take them. ^_^.
 
Our vet said if we needed he'd do all 13 of ours for £10.
We do it ourselves now :)
 
It take 5minutes to clip nails and a few minutes each day to clean bowls and bottles makes my blood boil to see the conditions some animals live in good hygene goes a long way for an animals health and well being. Basic needs come first if they are kept clean bactria cannot build to such a high level.

Thats great!Seems i only have 2 and you have 13...Shouldnt cost much.

I would cut them but i darent.These are the first piggies ive ever had. ^_^
 
that is good :D

my vet charged like £3 for nail trimming then £3 each baby to be sexed - this was when i got given 3 orphaned baby guinea pigs as there mum died and i had to hand rear them and didnt know about sexing then ;D i realised i had to learn to do these myself as i didnt want to fork out my money on the vets doing basic things i would do for free to anyone wanting advice etc :)
