Piggies drinking a lot?

Nope its not water bottle - ive checked!

Thye have drunk a massive bottle between them overnight (the boys) is this an indication of an illness or something. I'm going to keep an eye over the next 24 hours to see who the water fiend and go to the vets if any of you suggest they need too.

Have they got any runny tummies? Sometimes upset tummies make them more thirsty?

Is your Water Bottle leaking?

Excessive Water drinking can warrant a vet visit.

No water bottle isnt leaking, ive checked. No runny poos, all hard and firm as they have been on a dry diet as they havent been in grassy run.

This sounds perfectly normal to me! It is summer and they are bound to be more thirsty. My piggies drink a bottle a day and I am sure that it is all due to Marbles thirst!

A couple of months ago my pig Paislee started drinking much more than normal, turns out she had a UTI. Vet put her on a course of baytril and that cleared it up in about 2 weeks.
