What an energetic playpen time...
Piggle, Puggle, and Clover have spent 2 hours of exercise time sitting in a cardboard box house :) its a very good box, 3 doors, enough room for 4 piggies, coriander and hay in there... why bother with the other 20sqft of playpen?

Blod has been alternating between both boxes, while Jezzy got the brand new carrot cottage all to herself!
 
Do you tear the base out or put a puppy pad inside under the hay?
 
I one time mad a whole little run out of amazon boxes and clean pringle tubes. He loved it:D

I leave the base in and line it with 4 sheets of newspaper under the hay for short term play pen use, or put a fleecy pad in if its going in the cage.
Yesterday we just had single use boxes because I'm trying to clear the cardboard box mountain out of the spare room so we can have visitors stay there over the holidays, my spare room is often just a big pile of piggy supplies!
