Try putting some water on their favourite veg the only other thing I can think of is cucumber that full of water so that's properly the best I would surf the internet or decide wether to go to the vet?

Hey, had my little ladies for 6 months now and at first they didn't go near the water, didn't even sniff it! So before I put the veg bowl in i rinsed it with water but didn't drain the bowl properly so they got water that way, also gave them cucumber which they love. It is only now they have started going to the water bottles over the last 3 weeks, I think it's just a settling in period and they eventually catch on. Don't worry they will figure it out.
