ShifuYaku
New Born Pup
Yesterday, I noticed a hole in my cage liner (that I bought from Piggy Bedspreads if anyone wants to know). It was only through the first layer. There are 3 layers. Today, this morning, they (specifically one guinea pig, I'm pretty sure it was her) had chewed all the way down to the coroplast. What am I supposed to do about this? They have plenty of things to chew on in their cage, they get enough hay, I feed them every day nearly the same time. Is there a way to repair it? Because I paid like 97 dollars for this, and I don't want them to do the same thing to the other bedspread that I need to change in today. And I can't really tell them no, don't do that, because they aren't going to understand. I'm currently trying to cover up the holes with their food dishes to discourage from chewing more, but eventually the bowls are going to move, and she'll chew on it more. Here's a photo of what it looks like now (I just gave them tomato so ignore the seeds lol)
