I have a huge cast iron piggy bank I put all my spare change in. I've not emptied it for almost a year and it was very full so I did it last night and have so far counted out £440 in 50p's, 20p's, 10p's and 5p's. I well chuffed as I was a bit skint and this will come in very handy for my rent...

But more importantly what will I buy the piggies?

*Thinks you should pay the landlord in 5p and 10p... Lmao!

You should buy the piggies hay... they told me they want hay!

Hey Joanne your obsession is showing again :))

Wow hun what a haul you have great to have that when you need it and oohhh nice piggies pressies to buy :(|)

Obsessions... what one, I think it's calmed down somewhat!

No I do not have 7 samples pack coming tomorrow.... :x

Hay was the first thing I ordered, will be getting more once the munchkins have tried all their samples and let me know what ones they like from HolidayHutch :))

Also got a couple of hayracks and some cleaner, very boring. I wanna buy fun things for them :)

Get some willow toys for them to chew, or cuddly toys to make your pretty cage even more pretty?

I LOVE x) it when I count my change jar and realise how much I've got! Never had that much though! It's amazing how it builds up.

I think you should buy some fleeces

:laluot_18: :laluot_03:

I bought a cat tunnel in tesco for a whopping £1.67 today! Bargain

The final tally is in - £487 woo-hoo :<>!

So far I have got a 4kg bag of Oxbow Timothy Hay, 2 bags of Devon Hay, 2 hayracks and some nettle and dandelion sticks.

I'm putting most of the money towards my rent but still looking for more ideas to spoil my piglets rolleyes

if you buy stuff from a supermarket with self scan, tip in all your change in the self scan (you can just buy something worth 10p if you like), you'll get your change in as big a denomination as possible. Preferably at morrisons as they have an easy hole to put your change in. I do it! Because you have to pay to use those machines where they put it onto a coupon, and you have to use it on that day. On the morrisons self scans you'll get most of it in notes. BONUS! Then your landlord wont complain!

put the rest in the bank hon, then the little bit of interest added could get the piggies even more treats!

This is Fred and his girls we have took over our slave!

Our piggy Slave we believe may be called Joanne we prefer to call her "wheek" she is controlled by us, and we are high maintenance piggies. Only the best will touch our piggie lips!

Therefore our slave does not have a hay obsession we do, we control her by throught!

Fred and the girls signing out...

Ps, we also like Pollies tunnels we find them very snuggly!

Fred you are a clever boy, I hope Pollie's sewing machine is fixed. Will PM her in the morning :)

This is Fred again. I am a clever boy can I have a Flaked pea please?! Pollies sewing machine is fixed, I also speak to her though throught, as she is preparing my new toys, I like to make sure she is intouch with my needs, and I'm not hit with anymore pink stuff :))!

Put some away in case you need it for nail trims or......well let's hope you never need the vets for anything else :{
Well done tho x) i do the same thing, i throw my 2, 1 dollar coins and the 50 and 20 cent coins into a small container and count it each month and bank it.......that's how i saved up 2,000 in a year for our holiday to Broome :)
Everytime i go to the shops i use a note, so whatever big change i get i throw into the container......adds up quickly some weeks i get heaps!
