Piggy keeps sucking

Hi all

As you know my piggy speedy has teeth problems and had great help to sort this problem out (third trim now) i've noticed now his 3yr 7 months old that his started to, well, suck him self down below, he cleans himself find and we have checked to make sure nothing is going on down there but he is all ways at it, most times he cleans up but 90% of the time its all over his bedding and gets in his brothers fur to the point we have to clean it up.

I know male animals do this as i've had rat,dogs,cats but they was never always at it like my speedy is, is this normal or could there be a problem.

Only his brother and no females in the house.

Guinea pig boars can masturbate. you have obviously got a very busy one!

Yes i agree but he seems to be doing it over 10 times a day (that's how many i can think of but i'm sure its more) its to the point his brother even looks at him while his doing it in a disgust kinda look.

I'm just hoping nothing else happens as wife said it was so red unlike his brothers (wife makes sure they are clean since i've read they get stigma )

If in doubt, please have it vet checked in case there is some tangible discomfort at the bottom.
Have you ever expressed it fully and checked it?

Yes we have fully checked, they both had a full check up last month just to make sure they are fully healthy, everything (but blood tests) was done at the black vets by me, a little cloudy pee but after changing to better hay/strew it has gone clear (3 weeks now). He is fine, all lovey and being how they both should ( apart from the chattering to his brother still )
