I was giving my piggy her weekly health check a couple of days ago and realised that her nipples were much larger than usual (about the size of an average piggy poop), it has started to concern me as she does have a small lump on her mouth which hasn't changed in size for about 6 months now but she is still acting her normal self - eating, drinking, popcorning etc. She is turning 4 in January and I've looked up that it may be ovarian cysts (even though she hasn't lost any hair).

Advice would be much appreciated as the last thing I want to do is take her to the vets and cause her lots of stress, but this may be my last option as I am getting worried!

I have attached a picture off the internet, which is similar to the size of her nipples as it is difficult to get a picture of them :)

if you know the nipples have changed size then a vets visit is highly recommended. Ovarian cysts can present literally no symptoms or problems. I have had two older pigs with them. The first one the only symptom she displayed was self barbering a strip of hair down her abdomen. The second was a result of an ultrasound because she was sitting in her own urine a lot. There are treatment options such as injections or spaying though obviously injections are much less invasive
