Hi,
So today I noticed that my pigs behave oddly. They came out of cage to be fed, but few times they were jumping, suddenly running and scratching, like something would itche them. I usually can touch one of them and she's not angry, but today she was running away whenever I touched her. They also started doing some weird sounds, like they'd be angry. I've read something about popcorning, but it didn't look some symptom of happiness. Should I visit vet?

Please have your girls vet checked for mange mites. The very first symptom is usually itchy skin and hating to be touched on the increasingly painful and inflamed skin on the back.

Some of the behaviour sounds like popcorning and zoomies.

Please also factor in that once your guinea pigs learn to trust you, the first they will do is tell you what they don't like.
