Pimple Like Bump?

So this may be a weird topic of conversation but do guinea pigs get moles? I was cleaning off my youngest girl tonight as she had kinda a dirty butt and noticed a teeny tiny little skin colored bump that basically looks like moles that a human would have.. maybe the size of a tiny pimple. almost like a skin tag, not like it would be a tumor or anything. It was right inside her vagina basically but far enough Out i noticed it when I was cleaning her butt off. They're going to be boarded at the vets tomorrow, but just wanted to get other opinions on it, I don't think it's anything to worry about because it doesn't seem painful and she's acting completely normal otherwise.

I've noticed little lumps and bumps on their ears before so it wouldn't surprise me if they could get moles and skin tags. I did have a guinea pig with a different coloured patch of rougher skin, it turned out just to be different coloured and nothing to worry about.

I would keep an eye on it in case it starts to get bigger, but most of my pigs have had some kind of small blemish on their skin. I don't think it's an urgent problem.

Dorothy has something similar on her ear and the vet said it is a skin tag. Like others suggest I would keep an eye on it. You could always ask the vet if you are there anyway for something else.
