Ping's Update - neutering

Just an update to let everyone know that Ping seems to be doing quite well since he's neutering 5 days ago. He is eating well now and has solid poops. He seriously hates me though. Everyday I have to give him antibiotics 2x and pain meds 1x. He freaks out to get away everytime. Its going to take quite some time to get him to trust me. ANd because he's freaking out Lulu follows suit because they are in the same cage but separated by a divider. It's frustrating but I know its normal. After he'd done with his meds I'm going to have to spend some time building up trust.

It's hard with Ping because he refuses to eat veggies on my lap. Instead he sits in terror. But I'll persevere.

Glad that Ping is doing well. If necessary, treat him in another room, please.

Sadly, the antibiotic he is most probably on is one of the vilest tasting things I have ever come across. Any guinea pig I have to treat hates me as well for it; but they usually come round after a few days once they have realised that you are no longer after them!
