Playhouse flooring

Having read lots of advice from others on here I’m after a vinyl flooring for my playhouse conversion - is this different to lino? Can I use either?

. Linoleum (or lino for short) is often used as a synonym for a vinyl sheet flooring but they are actually 2 completely different products. Whilst both of these products are classed as resilient floors the only true similarity is that linoleum and vinyl can come both in a sheet form or in a tile format --- this is what Google said!

I thought they were the same kind of thing...

Vinyl is better where liquids are concerned. Lino is more susceptible to water damage.
