As @Eriathwen has said you piggy was just passing away, although it looks alarming he will most likely have been asleep by then. At least you were with him when he passed! Don’t feel guilty and enjoy your memories; I’m sure he is grateful for the time you had together and the love you gave him.

I rushed to vet and got antibiotics, unfortunately as soon as we came come he started to choke and died. It's been 20min since he died I'm so heartbroken that he died suffering. At least I was by his side... I can't stop crying

I am very sorry. You have tried your best. Please always make sure that you can see a vet ASAP as soon as there is a problem with any future pet. Save up from the start for that. That is the best memorial that you can make your little boy.

It is normal to cry after the kind of experience and the shock you have been through.
