Hello all...
Just picked up a new piggy from a friend, she got 2 pigs and was told they were both girls, not sure where from but anyway, they were separated and the girl later had a baby. I now have the baby who is 12 weeks old.
We just secured the sale of my drum kit so not only have I put £1000 in our piggy vet fund but I have moved up Pancake's neutering to this Monday the 3rd and also booked in Wiiiiiieek and Rasher too on the same day.
I am just about to do a mahoooooossive zoo-plus order and buy yet another massive cage so that I can use some of my C+C for second levels etc.
I have decided to deviate from my name list and called her "Phantom". I know it's a bit masculine for a sow but to me at least, her pattern makes her look like she's wearing a venetian mask and I LOVE The Phantom of the Opera x)
She's still a bit scared but I put her and Baby together in a C+C and they're getting on fine so we'll see how it goes. This really is it now rolleyes no more pigs"), I only said yes because we had planned to get Baby AND her sister, and unfortunately, her sister became ill before we could pick her up and died following quite a lot of treatment, so we were minus 1.
Here she is:
What would you say? Chocolate and White Crested? As the vet will ask when I register her on Mon after dropping the boys off.
