Can somebody tell me what is this on my poor guinea pig legs.. This black thing is on both front legs. I cant remove it because it hurts to guinea pig. Is this thing something like tumor? Its seems that thing is growing on his legs,..tnx for any respond...
Don't worry! it is just a foot spur. About a qurter to a third of all guinea pigs develop them on the pads of their front paws. They don't need anything doing to them unless they catch on things. In that case, you'd best ask a vet, as tyou do not want to cut too close to live skin.
