Poor Christian And We Are On Hols!

Oh dear my poor Guinea Pig Christian has an eye ulcer :no: ouch! and we are about to go on holiday. Just when he needs me the most I won't be here! Luckily I have lovely neighbours who used to breed piggies to look after my family of 5. I am so really worried about him and about leaving him for a week. My neighbours will pop in his eye drops twice a day I know I can trust them to do that. Why did it have to happen 2 days before we go away?
 
It's always the way, at least you have someone looking after them who is able to give the eye drops. Hopefully it will be healed by the time you get home.
 
That's the way it goes Betsy, just when your skint or going off for a holiday.
Don't worry though I'm sure the neighbour knows what she's doing. Go away & enjoy yourselves.
 
My boyfriend always used to panic when I went to visit my family as he was left in charge of the boys. Anselmo had daily medication and sometimes needs to be nebulised if his breathing was noisy. Every time I went away his breathing would be huffly when boyfriend got home from work, so he needed the nebuliser.

He used to laugh that at lease Podrick was 100% healthy and he didn't need to worry about. Cue a crazy nose bleed from Podrick when I went away next.
 
Well spotted. And fortunate that you have reliable pet sitters who can put in eye drops. Hopefully it will be healed in a few days.
