Popcorn for piggies?

I know that popcorn is safe for some rodents but I'm not sure about piggies although sweetcorn is so I would assume so but I just want to make sure!

Hello I think I’ve read that popcorn is not a good idea for guinea pigs …. choking hazard maybe altho I know gerbils can have it on occasions
