image.webp image.webp :ple:Help please! So I was looking at Jellybeans ear, I happened to be taking a picture of her and noticed something oozing out of her left ear! Should I be freaking out?! My poor baby just got over a URI! I feel bad that I didn't notice this sooner.:(

It can be just wax, but if in doubt, please see the vet! Secondary problems can happen in the wake of another illness due to a not yet recovered immune system. You are a good mummy and have surely noticed it as soon as it was noticeable!

I agree best to get it checked out, especially bearing in mind her existing head tilt.

I'm thinking it is wax buildup, because I'm a week late on cleaning her ears, I usually clean them every 2 weeks or so. And I've been so focused on getting her URI cleared up, that it just slipped my mind. But to be on the safe side, I'm going to make her an appointment, because she's already had one bad ear infection when she was a baby. I tried cleaning them last night and she had a fit, like she was very uncomfortable. Thank you both for the advice!

Ok so this is pretty bizarre! I went to check on Jellybean and whatever was in her ear last night, is completely gone now. And when I touched her ear, there was no discomfort. So I'm wondering if it was maybe a scab or something... So weird.
