I recently got 3 guineapigs :(|) They're all females and they're a mother and two daughters who are very little. We were told the mum is about 10 weeks and the other two are 5 weeks. I've ordered their c&c cage which should hopefully be arriving this week! On their third day here Lulu (the mum) wouldn't let me pick her up/touch her stomach which she had been letting me do happily before. I've noticed she's really big with two bulges either side of her. I cant feel any babies but she's been drinking way more and eating more too. I'm not sure what to do, but i'm taking them all for a vet check up soon anyway so i'll see then.
Do i need to split her from her babies if she is pregnant? Put a grid between them in the c&c cage? Also, can anyone tell me some things i should be looking out for in a pregnant guineapig? We adopted them so who knows if she's been with males before she came to me. I would hope she isn't since it would be very stressful for her. She is no where near as big as some of the pregnant piggy pictures i've seen, but i was just wondering...
Any help would be brilliant!

I see you have another similar thread suzy has replied to, its usually best to ask all your pregnancy questions on there because she and other experienced people will check it regularly. :)
