Posting advice for a new member pls

Hi,

I have been emailed by a new member who cannot post any threads. The emails reads :

"i'm trying to put a new thread up on the message board but it wont let me, it keeps saying that I'm trying to access administrator privilages or that my account isnt activated, have activated my account when i made it, where would i go to help sort this problem? thanks would it be possible to post something on my behalf or to help me with the problems itself!

I'm not sure whats going wrong. Can anybody else please assist her?

its just her account needs activating by a mod/admin. I think this extra precaution on registering is to try and reduce spammers I am sure an admin will approve soon

When i signed up, i couldn't use any of my hotmail accounts to verify the account. I ended up using my AOL one, which i haven't used in years. It took me about a month to work out how to get on this site rolleyes

I know this doesn't answer the question but anyway

Do you know what this persons user name is? I can then manually activate their account if it hasn't been done.
