I have read your lovely posts to them (my husband looked at me like i was mental :(|)) hehe.

I am lucky they tend to keep themselves well groomed because although i brush them everyday, its always a bit of a nightmare because penny nips me and tries to kung fu kick me when i go near her with the brush rolleyes and pickles gets too excited and ends up popcorning off! :))

Just out of interest, does anyone know what breed they are?

That was Pitch one of our first piggies. Yes, she did have amazing funky hair.

:)) they would have wanted to know what people were saying about them lol!

Lots of piggies don't like been brushed...

I think they have some Peruvian in them, but I'm useless with breeds someone hopefully with some more knowledge will hopefully be able to say..

I'm glad its not just my pigs who don't like the brush :)


I am going to attempt nail clipping today which should be interesting :...

There is a breeds section on here, someone might be able to tell me there.

I still hate nail clipping 7 years into piggie slaving.... We do it as a 2 person job, I hold and feed some food to keep them distracted and Rach clips. Good luck!

Haha. Actually didn't go to badly :))

My husband held and i clipped and fed baby spinich. Penny wolfed it down and pickles just sat there quiet :))
