Prey drive around piggies

Hello,
I currently own 0 piggies but would like to get some more at some point and i was wondering tips with them around high prey driven dog.I obviously would not let him get to close to them or leave him unsupervised with them but just so that when i go to feed them he doesn't have to be trapped indoors.

I would leave him inside while I go to feed them, and also wouldn’t let him near them at all - supervised or not. It only takes a few seconds for an accident to occur. Are you planning to keep them in a shed or just a hutch with attached run? When you let him outside, will you always be with him? I’m sure someone more knowledgable will be along to answer soon.
