Prolapsed willy

has anyone ever had this with their piggies before?

Iggy has a prolapse, he has approx 6mm of his willy sticking out beyond his foreskin. He is grand apart from this, eating, drinking, pooping, peeing, and trying and failing to boss the girls around as usual. He isn't sore down there, there is no discharge, no redness or swelling.

He has been to the vet, vet has a good look and massaged it back in. it didn't want to stay hidden! As it doesn't seem to bother him, my vet said that as long as it doesn't catch on anything causing injury, we may as well leave it as is.

What does everybody think?
 
i think there was a thread on this a few weeks ago - have you tried searching on the subject?
 
haven't done a search, thanks :)p

I check him every day - he getting quite proud of himself now :red
So far, so good. Any changes and he will be back at the vets.
 
awww poor boy! My friend has a lizard with a prolapsed penis....

and we decided the problem was a-reptile dysfuntion.... LOL
