My piggie Cinnamon’s head of the penis is a blackish purple.. I’m not sure why? And his grease gland seems very dry is this anything to do with it?

I agree with piggies and buns.your piggie may have paraphmosis, swelling of penis.also it could stop the blood supply to his penis.it is an emergency to see a vet as soon as possible.i hope you get to the bottom of this.☺️

I would class that as an emergency needing a trio to the vets straight away. Please let us know what the vet says.

Hi!

Please have your piggy seen by a vet and have that penis checked in case there is a problem. Occasionally a hair winding around it can strangle the blood flow and a build-up of smegma or a sperm rod can also cause problems.

Have you been cleaning the grease gland and if yes, what with? Some products can dry out the skin.

The problems are definitely not related however.

Wwe recommed coconut oil for cleaning the grease ; it also should help with the dryness.
