I picked Chewie up to day and felt something weird I thought he had shavings stuck to his bum, so I turned him over (with difficulty, I now have scratches all down my arm) and his willy was all swollen, he did have some hay stuck up there so I removed that but there was an area of it that had turned slightly purple and it was all very sore looking. Also there were these pointy things I actually have no idea what they are, but two pointy things that I though were hay or something but are acually attached to him sticking out. I'm really worried, I don't know if he can wee, but I havent seen him squeaking in pain or anything, he is long haired so he could have got some hair twisted around it, but I only groomed him on Friday and trimmed his bum area, everything was okay and normal looking on Friday.

I am going to book him a vet appointment first thing tomorrow and hopefully I'll be taking him after school. Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable and less sore?

The pointy things you can see are "hooks" & are perfectly normal & aren't for weeing out of ;) His penis does look a little swollen which is most likely due to the hay you found, it sounds like it could've wrapped round his penis & could've restricted the blood supply hence the purple colour. You can bathe his penis with warm salt water & see how he is tomorrow - if it still looks the same then take him to your vets as he may have an infection :)

Thanks, I took a look at him after taking them off the grass and everything looked normal, before he couldn't put his penis back in but now everything seems fine. :)
